This page, together with the documents expressly referred to on it, tells you information about us and the legal terms and conditions (Terms) on which we sell any of the products (Products) listed on our website (our Site) to you.
These Terms will apply to any contract between us for the sale of Products to you (Contract). Please read these Terms carefully and make sure that you understand them, before ordering any Products from our Site. Please note that by ordering any of our Products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the other documents expressly referred to in them.
If you refuse to accept these Terms, you should not order any Products from our site.

1. Ordering and Purchase
You can select and order any of the products found within this website. Once you have selected the specific product all you have to do is choose the quantity and confirm. All the confirmed products will be placed in your shopping cart (if available). Anything within the shopping basket can be changed or cancelled.
Confirm your purchase by:
- Signing in with your email and password if you have your registered account
- Registering your account by filling in the given form
- Proceeding without registering your account until the necessary information will be requested.
Orders are processed through SYLVA and BGR8 LTD. Once you receive the “Order Confirmation” via email from SYLVA, the order is acknowledged and confirmed. Order confirmations are sent out within two working days from the receipt of the order.
BGR8 LTD may refuse to accept an order at its own discretion if the given information is incorrect or unreliable (wrong or partial payment details, wrong invoicing information, wrong or incomplete shipping address, for example), or if mistakes have been found on the purchased Products (wrong price, no availability or Product description, for example).
Every effort is made to ensure that prices and descriptions shown on the website are accurate at the time your order is placed but we cannot guarantee accuracy in every case. If the goods that you have ordered were incorrectly priced, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling your order. If you cancel, we will refund or re-credit any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit or debit card for the incorrectly priced goods.
2. Product availability and price
The price of each item is inclusive of VAT (value added tax) and in GBP. Delviery fees depend on location of delivery. Therefore these will be given when purchasing in the basket.
If for any unforeseen reason we encounter a delay in delivering the order or if any Product is temporarily out of stock, you will be informed immediately by email.
3. Discount Codes
ON YOUR DOOR STEP DISCOUNT CODES
We have the right to cancel without notice any orders that fail to meet the terms of the ON YOUR DOOR STEP discount codes detailed below.
ON YOUR DOOR STEP discount codes are valid in the month of publication only and can be withdrawn at any point without notice. ON YOUR DOOR STEP discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts applied and are limited to one use per customer.
The use of ON YOUR DOOR STEP discount codes is limited to the publication area and customers within the distribution postcode areas covered by ON YOUR DOOR STEP at the date of publication.
The minimum order value is £100.00 for ON YOUR DOOR STEP discount codes to be valid.

5. Delivery and Courier Fees
Orders placed by the Customer and confirmed by SYLVA, will be shipped by Courier to the Customer’s given shipping address from our warehouse operated by Abloom Ltd. Any additional shipping fees will be applied to your order during the shopping cart, if known.
Only once the full payment of the order has been received by BGR8 LTD will the shipment take place.
We aim to make deliveries within the next wokring day for all orders received before 12 noon. Shipments are made from Mondays to Fridays. The customer will be informed by email if there is any change to the above timing.
Goods ordered will be delivered to the exact address you give when you place your order. We offer Free Deliveries to UK mainland. Additional courier costs apply to postcode areas that begin with BT,IM,HS,IV,KA,KW,PA,PH,ZE. Restricted delivery postcodes are JE and GY. You are responsible for ensuring accurate address and contact details (including phone number) are included in your order. We only process and store your personal information in order to honour our obligations under these terms, your information will not be used for any other purpose.
Any damages, missing consignments/parts or other delivery issue should be reported promptly within 3 working days to the SYLVA customer support team.
Christmas Deliveries - Deliveries during Christmas can vary, we will be updated the deliveries section of the SYLVA website of any changes.
6. Duty and import taxes
The products are not subject to any duty or import tax if sold and delivered to the UK.
7. Right of withdrawal
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase, without giving any reason, within 14 working days from the day the purchased products are delivered.
The right of withdrawal can be expressed by completing the contact form, within the above period. The customer will have to pay the return shipment costs. In order to perform the right of withdrawal, the product has to be returned undamaged, exactly how it has been delivered, in its original packaging and after having received confirmation from SYLVA support team or BGR8 LTD.
A return address will provided by the support team on confirmation of return.
BGR8 LTD and SYLVA will refuse any package shipped freight collect.
Reimbursement of the returned product, at the invoiced amount, will take place within 14 days after receipt of the product directly to the Customer’s bank account by bank transfer.
Any damaged, incomplete, broken or dirty product due to the Customer will not be reimbursed and will in no case give the right to the reimbursement of the full amount of the purchased product.
In case the return is due to an error committed by SYLVA and BGR8 LTD, all shipment fees will be paid by the seller, in all other cases shipment fees will be paid by the buyer.
8. Applicable law and jurisdiction.
Please note that these Terms are governed by English law. This means a contract for the purchase of goods through our website and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it will be governed by English law. You and we both agree to that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
