How do I return my order?

We hope that you are happy with your purchase but if that's not the case, unused products in their original condition, as they were sold can be returned for a refund within 30 days of receipt.

To arrange a return please contact a member of our support team and explain the reason for your return. We will provide you a RTN (Return Reference) by email.

We will then arrange collection with you. Please include a copy of you RTN email within the package when posting it back to us and include all original packaging.

On arrival into our warehouse all items will be inspected for damage, missing items or visible wear/use. If any issues are reported it may affect the refund amount you will receive.

After inspection you will be contacted and any refunds will be issued within 5-10 working days.

I have received a faulty/damaged Item?

Although rare, should your product arrive in poor or damaged condition, please contact our support team  by email with an image of the faulty product or damage, and a member of our dedicated customer service team will resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Aby other issues you have with your product in most cases can be resolved by visiting our Help centre online or contacting the support team.

In the event we need to collect your product for repair under warranty you will be provided a claim reference. You must ensure you have appropriate packaging to return you product and will be instructed to remove all fuel (if applicable).

On arrival into our warehouse the item will be inspected/tested. The product will be repaired/replaced under warranty if a valid claim. In the event after inspection/testing your warranty claim is rejected we will contact you to review your case. We will not carry out any chargeable repairs without owners approval.
