Standard Delivery

We offer free UK delivery (UK Mainland) on all order over £70.00. Delivery depends on the product you are ordering. Please check the delivery section of the product you wish to purchase. 

Accessories, spare part will be sent on a 48hour service. Size depending it will be shipped via Yodel, Royal Mail or EVRI. 

Geographical restrictions apply. For Northern Ireland, the Scottish Isles, The Isle Of Man and certain mainland postcodes, the delivery service is between 48-72 hours and additional postage fees may apply. Please see delivery restrictions below for affected postcodes.

Orders for next working day must be received before 12 noon.

Additional postage charges may apply to postcode areas beginning: PH, IV, KW, BT, IM, KA, PA, ZE.

We do not deliver currently to Southern Ireland, Jersey or Guernsey or other European countries. 

We may cancel an order in some instances if the carrier cannot ship to your postcode area. 

Delivery FAQs

Can I track my order?

Tracking is simple, once your order has been dispatched by our warehouse you will receive an email with the courier's details, your consignment number as well as a link to track your order.

My delivery is missing and item, what should I do?

Firstly, please check whether you have received all parcels on the consignment; this information should be available to view via the tracking link received in your dispatch email. If you have received all of your parcels, but an item is still missing, please contact the customer support team so that we can investigate further.

My delivery has not arrived?

Please contact the customer support team.

My delivery is damaged, what should I do?

Please report this immediately to our customer support team to resolve. Please take photos where possible.

What happens if I am not in when the delivery arrives.

You will receive notification on the day of delivery a planned delivery slot.
If you are not in when the courier calls they will attempt to deliver with a neighbour firstly. If this is not appropriate or not possible, a further attempt of delivery will be made the following day
